As two sisters reminisced over their childhood dreams one turned to the other and said, “I have seen many of dreams become a reality. I so am thankful for each one but I need more.” The other sister was perplexed by what her quiet, reserved sister said. Normally, she would have never have said anything about wanting more. After thinking for a moment the sister posed the question, “Could it be the more you are seeking is your desire to move to your next level? No matter what, I will support. I got you sis!”
So many times it is easy to get caught up with the busyness of life. Life seems to be speeding up, and at times the demands can seem to be never-ending. In the midst of meeting all of the obligations it’s a must to take a moment to fully discover how you can live your best life ever! As women, most of us are natural nurturers, and many times if not careful we will become last on our to-do list. I am continuing to learn unless we make ourselves a priority in self-care, we truly can’t effectively help others. When you begin to make yourself a priority you begin to want to live your best life ever and level up.
To level up is simply moving to your next level of elevation and greatness. So yes you can level up emotionally, financially, academically, spiritually, and yes professionally too. You are unique therefore your path to moving to your next level may look completely different than those around you. It may even seem foreign to you………and can even be a little scary. Personally, I can authentically say I have encountered many challenges yet I realized even through challenges you learn. I have also realized in moving to your next level, challenges faced prepare you for challenges you may encounter in the future. When challenges come…………don’t stop……. don’t give up……….keep moving. If you don’t know how to begin to move to the next level realize many have felt the same way. I would recommend you seek counsel from trusted individuals who you know can help guide, support, and enlighten you on possible next steps you need to take.
In whatever area you desire to Level Up in make the investment in yourself by attending workshops, classes and trainings. This will help to provide the knowledge you need to assist you on the journey of becoming the best you ever. Remember there is no shame in admitting you need help, or that you do not know all there is to know about a particular area. As long as we live we will continue to learn…………..so just know it’s OK to reach out to others for help.
